Shipping/ Return Policy 

Times vary-  in stock availability will usually ship out within a week; if not in stock, please allow 3-4 weeks as orders are custom made and sewn in house 

Returns: at this time we are not accepting returns unless there is  previous damage to the pillows (zipper malfunctions, rips/ tears) due to being custom made 

Bundles

what is included? Two 12x20’s and two 18x18’s.

Custom sizes can vary.. please send an email inquiry for custom options if these sizes are not wanted.

Price is lowered when ordering a bundle. 

Inserts
 
Are inserts included? No inserts are not included at this time. I can send links for good quality / affordable options for purchase.

what is the best size insert for my pillow cover? 
It is recommended to size up on the insert. For example an 18x 18 pillow cover would look best with a 20x20 insert.
