Are any purchases final sale?
Yes. Purchases are final sale. There are no returns due to each pillow being custom made. However, if order arrived damage (example: zipper malfunction, rips/tears) then there will be a credit or a replacement.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on stock availability/ shipping locations.
In stock estimate about 7 days.
Out of stock please allow 3-4 weeks.
Product specifications
Fabric is custom made unless other wise stated and purchased through the USA. Pillows are sewn in house.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is a flat rate at checkout.
Inserts
It is recommended to size up on a pillow insert. For example, an 18×18 cover would look best with a 20 x 20 insert.
At this time we do not sell pillow inserts. However, if you email tregrerachel@gmail.com we can provide some good recommendations!
